Wyvern is played on a game server with other people, so we need toverify your identity when you want to play. Otherwise, anyone could come and log in as you, and make all sorts of mischief.
We verify your identity using trusted sign-in providers. You can play Wyvern with any of these:
We never see your password—your provider verifies you and simply tells us it's really you.
Your account is identified by the email address (or for Steam-only players, the Steam ID) your provider shares with us.We never share it with anyone, and we only use it for two things: verifying that you own the account, and communicating with you outside the game—for instance, if you cannot log in.
Having a real email address on your account also lets you email us atsupport@ghosttrack.com, and lets us confirm you own the characters you're asking about. If your provider hides your email from us—Steam doesn't share one, and Apple lets you hide yours—everything still works; just be aware that email support is harder for us to verify, and in-game support orlinking a second sign-in are your best options.
You can link two sign-ins—for example, your Steam account and a Google account—so they act as one Wyvern account, from the Account menu in the game. That lets you play the same characters anywhere either sign-in works.
Before you link, know what linking means:
If you want to move your characters to a different email address, you can request an account transfer by sending two separate email messages tosupport@ghosttrack.com:
The two emails prove you own both addresses. Otherwise we have no way of knowing the requests came from the same person, and we need to avoid transferring the wrong account.
You can delete your Wyvern account and its data at any time atplay.ghosttrack.com/delete-account. Our privacy policy has the details on what we store and for how long.
